Hi @goran_ljubic ,

Have you followed Akash_Varuna's suggestion to add the new paid account to the gateway user list, which is currently registered under the free account? If not, you can refer to the official documentation below for detailed instructions on how to proceed:

View and manage on-premises data gateways - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

Add the gateway user(paid account) in the gateway when login with free accountAdd the gateway user(paid account) in the gateway when login with free account

After you add the paid account in the gateway user list, you can find the related gateway in gateway list when login with paid account.

Note: The important precondition is that make sure the gateway is online and running.

Check the related gateway display or not when login with paid accountCheck the related gateway display or not when login with paid account

Best Regards

Hi @goran_ljubic , Could you please try these

  • Share Gateway:

    • Log into Power BI with the free account.
    • Go to Manage Gateways, select the gateway, and add your new account under Users.
  • Reassign Dataset:

    • Log into Power BI with the paid account.
    • Go to Datasets > Settings for the imported dataset.
    • Under Gateway Connection, select the shared gateway and reconfigure credentials if needed.
If this post helped please do give a kudos and accept this as a solution
      Thanks In Advance
