1) you must create a special calendar
2) for slicing by week you should take column By WEEK
3) for slicing by months you should take column By Month

just to clarify your goal: if you have in week6 5 employees coming, one on each day, you would like to count them all for week 6, but if you drill up to the month, they should be 2 in January and 3 in February?
