The "Measure Data" calculated your expected result, the "Measure KPIs" calculated the value you want to use it to compare with. For the sample report, when you add the prev_Sales$ in "Measure KPIs", the Sales$ will compare prev_Sales$ in each category. It will display a grow green arrow if Sales$>prev_Sales$, otherwise, it display a drop red arrow in per category.
