need help: how to calculate measure then display it into the table and bar chart power bi

below i have attached sample data. need help how to calculate the measure, then display it into the table and bar chart on power bi? this is a little complicated, because the results must be exactly the same. I need logic to calculate it and I still haven't got it.

2. I want to visualize a report data table in power BI with values ​​taken from the data source. below is the screnshoot (table 1)

the header name and column "Type" must be the same as the screenshoot above

3. next, i want to create the table data in power bi (table 2), with value from category. below is the screenshoot.

4. next, i want to create bar chart, with value base on "Tabel 2".  below is the screenshoot.
