multiply value base number of month for each column

Im trying to create measure or column to multiply baseline base on months or accordingly

Note baselin predefine, total get increase depend on sales

I have trieda 

NoMonth = IF( table[Baseline] = "290" , 290 * 3) does not help

If March, It need to multiply by 3 and so on.
