Hi
I have 3 columns, Date, Dollar Value and Project Name.
I am trying to get bar chart for Date and Dollar Value but show different bars for different projects intead of showing 1 bar for the whole Column of Dollar Value. Below is example from Excel that shows 2 differnt color columns identifying the 2 different projects. Is there a way to do this in PowerBI as it is only showing 1 total bar.
Thank you in advance

I was initially trying to avoid this step to see if there was a simpler way but ended up doing what you have suggested. Created a column that 'legends/tag' the name as baseline and current for the projects being considered. Works perfectly.
Thanks for your help
