Yes, a Power BI admin can change properties to generate more detailed logs. Power BI provides various logging and auditing capabilities that can be configured to capture detailed information about user activities, including user session logs. Admins can enable and configure audit logs and usage metrics to capture detailed interactions, such as which reports and dashboards users are accessing and interacting with.
To enable and configure audit logs in Power BI, follow these steps:
Enable Audit Logs: Ensure that audit logging is enabled in the Power BI admin portal. This can be done by navigating to the Power BI admin portal and enabling the audit log feature.
Configure Audit Log Settings: Once audit logging is enabled, you can configure the settings to capture more detailed logs. This includes specifying the types of activities to log, such as viewing reports, clicking on charts, and other user interactions.
Access and Analyze Logs: After configuring the audit logs, you can access and analyze the logs through the Office 365 Security & Compliance Center or by using Power BI's built-in usage metrics reports.

No. Tenant audit logs do not go to page or visual level. You can use Workspace Monitoring ($$$$) to infer the visual usage from the query logs.
