matrix different description source per row

Matrix table:

use another description on first level description of the matrix table than the levels below the first level. 
should be:

Sales Order : 0000073456 - 00000088

level :   C541210 - PP_Quick Disc......

level     C541211 - PP_KOPP.....

Problem description: As it is I need to use three columns to show the relevant information. If  i can post the project definition on the place of the material descroption then everything would be more clear for the user

According to your screen shots, it seems you want to display the data from two fields into one field and the data from another field display in subtotal row. You can create a measure as below and put this new created measure to replace the field Material Description and Project Definition:

NmDes&pDef =
IF (
    ISINSCOPE ( 'Sales'[Sales Order] ) && NOT ( ISINSCOPE ( 'Sales'[Item] ) ),
    MAX ( 'Sales'[Project definition] ),
    MAX ( 'Sales'[Material Description] )
)
