I would like to add customers into the matrix to be able to see customer ID on it but is it possible not to have each price shown like right? I tried "show item with no data" but didn't really make the difference. The left table is what I hope to see as an outcome. I really appreciate your advice!
Thank you.

HI @sunah132,
Did these records really exist in your tables? If that is the case, I'd like to suggest you enter to the 'query editor' and use 'fill up/down' feature to fill these records with no data.
Fill values in a column | Microsoft Docs
If they are not included in your tables, you may need to create a table with all the category types as the visual category, then write DAX expression to expand these records.

Xiaoxin Sheng

@sunah132 , +0 in the measure and show Item with no data for the customer ( if needed for Stop and route will help)
In such a case, the customer should be from a dimension table. not from the same fact as cost
