link Images and Excel sheets to chart

Hi, I have chart created this one  

I would like to attach imges of each part in report.

for example if I click on different part it should change the images on page. Images will be below chart.

Also is there a way to add Excel link to report like webURL. I have excel sheets stored on local folder and would like to open it from the report.
