Is there any way to show labels for only one line in line chart with 5 series?

You can turn on Data Labels option, then turn on the Customize Series option under Data Labels:

The problem is that series names change as they come from slicer context

therefore each time i will have different series names - rather ot impossible to set up each series...:(

Not sure I understand the question in that case - which 1 series do you want to have the data labels displayed for and what sets it apart from the others? If you can answer that question, then perhaps you can build that solution into the Power BI model.
