Hi!
I need to chanage "Select all" background (when selected) to another color in the slicer visual in the .json theme. It is currently black in the "Tile" style:
I would also preferably like to make the corners of the black backround rounded.

Are you referring to the slicer that comes with power bi?
You might consider using title slicer.
Visualizations – Buttons
State – Selected
Fill - custom colors
Select all will automatically change to the specified color when selected:
