issue with matrix visualizations

I have created a matrix visualization with numbers sucessfully, but after publishing it, the numbers are  displaying  0's (zeros). anyone with idea to help, please

Could you please provide more description about this Matrix visual so that I can try to reproduce your scenario on my side? And please show us the different results in desktop and service.

thanks for replying. Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to share company data. Anyway, I think the problem is with my custom number format. for 1,000(thousands), it's displaying properly, for hundreds, for example, 500, keeps displaying zeros.

No, it's just not displaying the same result as the results in PowerBI online. It's displaying zeros instead
