incorrect value in matrix date columns

I have the matrix below and I have a problem with the column values. This only occurs when I include the dates (month and/or year), some values ​​are repeated in the columns. Showing an incorrect total per column.

The value that appears in the "Total" Column is what should be distributed over the years 2021/2022.

Can you help me with this issue?

Note: the values ​​that appear are in a tb_1 and the year is in a tb_2
