ignore slicer but keep row filter

Getting very confused with all, allselected and allexcept and don't seem to be able to get what I want.  Try to explain here:

Two tables:

Flexipod Manifest Outcome

RCS

Linked with a many to 1 relationship so flexipod manifest outcome can identify the store that an order is serviced from on the RCS sheet.

I have a simple Total (VolAll) which = countrows('Flexipod Manifest Outcome')

There are slicers on the page which filter this data down

I also need a total (called NumTest at the moment) which is the total deliveries for the store regardless of the result description (a field within Flexipod Manifest Outcome)

I have tried various iterations of allexcept but can't get the number I need

NumTest = calculate(countrows('Flexipod Manifest Outcome'),allexcept('HD Store LU','HD Store LU'[Wincanton/Contractor]))

@Jebilaya try this measure

New Measure =
CALCULATE ( [Total (VolAll)], REMOVEFILTERS ( YouTable[YourSlicerColumn] ) )
