if statement with multiple table data

Hi

i need your support,

i have three tables with different content and there is a related column between them, actually there is more that on columns just like Region Name , City Name , Route code

and i want to make report to reflect the performance of the "Route Code" based on some data from table1, Table2 and table 3.

appreciate your support ASAP.
