i can not open power bi

i can not open power bi

i UPLOAD the app from app store

and install the app

and it is work first time

i sign in with my work e-mail

then at the second time the app doesn't work

and do like the picture

but i can not open the app

what can i do please

i dellet the app and re-install - i fix it from sittings - i restart my computer

and there is no result

Try to unistall the app and downlaod the power bi from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=58494

and try to install the latest version.

I hope this resolved your issue.
