how to use switch to evaluate values based on one measure and change value in another table?

measure = SWITCH(TRUE(),
'lnapps_application'[routing] ="X"(change FICO_SCORE to), 750)

The italicized portion is referring to what I wish this formula could do.

I need to check and see if the column routing in table application = "x" and if it does, then change the value in column fico score in a FACTS table to a value of 750.

Is something like this possible?

=if(lnapps_application[routing]="X", switch(lnapps_facts[FICO_SCORE],,750))
