how to troubleshoot "can't display the visual. See details"?

How to further troubleshoot when we get this error?

(There is also another visual below this one that works just fine).

I also get this message

Which it isn't very useful...

When I look at the pbix myself, I see it working fine (both visuals). The screenshot is from another user... (I tried using the same filters as the user but I am unable to reproduce it).

Hi @Anonymous ,

According to your description, it seems that an another user(just said userA) could not see the visual in Power BI service successfully. But you have checked the pbix file in Power BI Desktop on your side, everything worked ok.

If so, first as @Pragati11  said ,please provide more error messages in detail. Then let userA to check the On-premises data gateway service logs . This blog provides some tips to resolve the similar issue, please kindly refer to:

What error message do you see when you click on CLICK DETAILS against the Can't Display Visual error?

Also, is this visual displaying a lot of information like a lot many rows?
