how to show underlying data in power bi matrix visual that is based on conditional measures, please suggest.

Thanks Aron for the quick update. 

My problem statement: All the measures have some conditional calculations. When I click on any of the cell, dashboard show me the underlying detailed data that is used to calculate the measure. Please enable me to upload "pbix" file in case you need to look at it. Thank you again.
