how to send the notification to group whenever new data is insert on specific filter.

I have a report, in that report I need to trigger the notification whenever new data getting inserted based on the filter 

for example, 

if a car is sold in XYZ showroom then I need to trigger the notification to the group of stakeholders who is part of xyz showroom

You can try for Power BI ALert - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/service-set-data-alerts

or you can use Power Automate to configure tigger which can send Email/SMS notification as well. (Check Subscription)
