how to resize/shrink hidden rows dynamically in paginated reports matrix

Hi,

I have a paginated report in which I have added multiple fields to the column that will dynamically show or hide based on certain conditions.

The challenge is that when a field in the column group is hidden, there is white space there which I would like to hide by shrinking the row or completing resizing the row to 0 so that its does not show up. For example, take a look

The yellow highlighted area is the hidden row which still is occupying its space but just showing white. How can i shrink this space?

Hi, @arifshah

Based on the information you provided, I think you can use Power BI Report Builder to make changes to the row heights in paged reports.

You can make changes to your line heights according to this tool, and you can also check out this documentation: Change row height or column width in a Power BI paginated report - Power BI | Microsoft Learn. If there are still questions, please provide me with more information and data.
