Hi I have a CSV file which consists of Arabic data, when loaded to Power BI, its displaying Junk values(????). Please let me know how to go about it. So far I have done the following: Went to Option and Settings -> Option -> Current file -> Regional setting -> Loacle for import -> Arabic Have added Arabic in my windows system going to control panel Still no luck. Please assist and guide me.
When you import CSV you can change the language in the query section.
Select your table and click edit query
In your query setting, select & double click the step Imported CSV file
In encoding dropdown list choose (1256 Arabic windows )
close and all arabic chars show be OK
