how to keep the the size of column bar same

The size of column bars keeps changing with slicer. If there are more columns to be displayed then the width of column bars is less and when there are fewer columns to be displayed then the width of column bars is more. Is there a way to keep them constant without selecting the option" show items with no data" If you look at the images that when I click on Non-compliant it looks good but when I click of Deficient it doesn't look good please share the solution if you know it. Thank you
