how to implement radio button yes and no filter in power bi desktop?

Is it possible to have radio button filter values such as true/false or yes/no so that user can select only 1 filter value? By default yes can be selected!

Only option I see is a check box visualization where single/multiple values can be selected. I am using power bi desktop June 2018 release.

Also, is it possible to have "some" of the filter values consider while going to drill through pages? Currently I see a bubble that will either completely ignore ALL the filters or will consider ALL the filters.

    After my research, You can use import 

and click the following Settings

And for "some" of the filter values consider while going to drill through pages, you may try to duplicate the page that 

you want to drill through to. then set different conditions of drilling through.

for example,

if you want to drill through with all filters then select Page 4,

if you want to drill through with some filters then select Page 5

....
