how to have near-real-live data in Power BI report via Azure Cosmos DB

Hey everybody,

I know I can use URL to pass into power bi and import the json data and view data in power bi, but users want to see near-live-data
example : one record is updated and they want to see this change (with a trigger in azure i dont know) within 30seconds to 1 minute.

please let me know what is the possibility of real time refreshing the data from cosmos DB to Power BI

and do you have any example or idea how fast it is ? 
only example I found is 2500 records and refresh time within a minute but we have millions of records.

please let me know if you have any experience/idea on it.
