how to get mode for a given Column using M query in power BI

Does any One know How can i get a summarized table based on the above table. I need to find Mode for the above table. If you see Max_Num is a colum that shows Maximum count Based on which i need to find mode for Most Area workded by each Employee on a given date. I need to do this in M query. Not Sure how "List.Modes" can be usefull i tried but it didnt worked

The Table shown is itself one complete table, and the reason why i need to use Power Query is i need to perform future Mergies with another data sets. And not sure how data modelling will be useful as far as i udnerstand it will be best if i have 2 tables and if ineed to alter the relationships.

Mode is a scalar value not a cell value! so in power query you never get scalar value!

Need to understand thru the sample data , as you said youhave another table which is not shown in the snapshot added.

Power Query is a data preparation tool! What you are asking is the aggregations and other calculation which are part of Data Modelling! So, it is always the best practice to attemp such calculations in Data Modelling and not in Data Preparation!

By the why you have to do that particular Calculation in Power Query?!
