how to fetch first value from another linked table?

Hello!

I have 2 tables, linked by KEY field ("Ключ" on the picture).

I need to add column, which shows the firstnonblank value Linked Issues: Key from Linked Issues table.

How can I do it?

I have tried this

VAR t = CALCULATE(FIRSTNONBLANK('Linked Issues'[Linked Issues: Key], not(ISBLANK('Linked Issues'[Linked Issues: Key]))), FILTER(ALL('Linked Issues'), [Ключ] = Issues[Ключ] && 'Linked Issues'[LinkedProject]="CELO"))

and this

t = CALCULATE(FIRSTNONBLANK('Linked Issues'[Linked Issues: Key], true()), FILTER('Linked Issues', [Ключ] = Issues[Ключ] && 'Linked Issues'[LinkedProject]="CELO"))

What if I what to get the first Linked Issues: Key value from rows, linked by Linked Issues.Key= Issues.ParentKey?
