how to embed a Power BI Report or Dashboard in an internal Company portal for Sales Managers

We have created a Dashboard on Company Sales with  MS Power BI Pro license. We would like to embed it into our company portal so Sales Managers at different locations can see at least Reports, or preferably see and use the Dashboard?

You can embed a Power BI Report object into SharePoint Online using the Power BI web part. You can not embed a Power BI Dashboard object in any third party frame (including SharePoint or a custom built app). Every user still needs a pro licence minimum.
