how to create search text slicer without vertical list to pick values and also get clear entered tex

Hi All, 

I want a search text sclier which will filter table or matrix visual by text entered into the search text slicer. And I don't want slicer should provide list to pickup the values from the slicer to filter matrix or table visual. Also slicer entered value get clear by clear all slicer action from the bookmarks in power bi desktop trial version.

I had already applied all above customer visuals for my requirement. But all are not fullfill my requirement completely.

As I mentioned the Text filter slicer not getting clear with "Clear All Slicers" action of the bookmark and keep the previously entered text into the slicer search text bar as is. And I want a slicer which will get clear out the text entered by the user from the search text bar.

I also tried the inbuilt slicer serach bar option but that one provide the vertical list with possible text match with the entered text and I don't want that one as well. I just need the search bar without any vertical list suggestion instead matrix or table vsiual should directly get filtered through the search text slicer with all possible matches of the entered text within the search text slicer.

There are many custom slicer visuals that can meet your requirements, such as:

• Text Slicer
• Filter by List by Devscope
• Smart Filter by OKViz

You can import these visuals into your Power BI Visualizations pane by clicking the three-dot ellipsis and selecting "Get more visuals".
