how to create multiple icons in one column of a matrix

Hello,

I'm trying to create a conditional column with 5 stars icons in the same column. I have the impression that it could be possible from this video:

I don't understand how it's possible to have this menu, I don't have these conditional options unless it's another visual than the basic visual matrix.

The visual that is mentioned in the video is not the normal matrix visual, it is a custom visual that you add from the App Source.
