how to count Distinct Rows

Hello,

I have a dataset that looks like this:

Client ID	Event Attended
123456	councelling
123456	job search
123456	job search
123456	resume help
123456	resume help
123456	resume help
123456	career advice
123456	career advice

as you can see, the client has attended 4 events how can I make this dataset to look like this:

Client ID	Event Attended	Distinct number of events
123456	councelling	4
123456	job search	4
123456	job search	4
123456	resume help	4
123456	resume help	4
123456	resume help	4
123456	career advice	4
123456	career advice	4

I tried the COUNTROW function but it counts the duplicate events too (note: I do not want to delete the duplicate events since the date attended is different for each event)

@OPS-MLTSD try this measure

Distinct Event Count = 
CALCULATE ( DISTINCTCOUNT ( YourTable[Event Attended] ), ALLEXCEPT ( YourTable, YourTable[Client] ) )
