how to connect mysql database which can not be connected publicly

our mysql is hosted on rackspcae's cloud databases which can not be connected publicly.

Please provide us the alternates for the connection.

What do you mean about "the databases can not be connected publicly"? 

Base on my research, MySQL database that hosted on racksapace cloud service should be connectible by Power BI Desktop. Could you be more precisely with your issue?

There is no public IP associated with CloudDatabases and host name of CloudDatabases only resolves over Rackspace's private network. Though it can be connected from Racspace cloud servers.

In this how can we connect?

Hi @swapna,

From my point of view, I don't think it can be connected with Power BI currently in your scenario.
