how to change the default select value automatically when another slicer changed value

Hi experts, recently I have one problem with multiple slicer: one slicer is year and another is week, the week slicer value is filtered  based on year slicer, the year slicer have to show all value all the time so it could not be filtered by week slicer

these are single slicers.

but when I select a week actually in FY24, when I put the year slicer to FY25, the week slicer still has the value I originally selected, a situation that get no value from the value because this is a non-exist slicer condition.

how to make it that when I switch the year slicer, then the week slicer select value from FY25 no matter what the value I selected previously?

Hi @oakfootballclub
Yes, you can add a button: clear all slicers

and then switch on the icon from edit options << button style :

And just format it as you need

Hi @oakfootballclub
Unfortunately, there is no functionality for clearing selection when it has a hierarchical structure or others
there is an idea about the issue, you can vote for it here :

You can consider one of the following three alternatives:

1. Instead of using two slicers, use a single hierarchical slicer.

Instead of filtering by week in a specific year, simply filter by week number, since the year doesn't add functionality when the year is already filtered before the week.

3 Add a prominent button to clear slicer selections.

4. Guide the users to clear selections from the slicers:
