how to calculate reiteration or consecutive presence of data

Hi,

 

i  want to calculate the 3 months reiteration or consecutive presence of row in a table. The table is like this.

i don't jnow if it s better to do this with a PBI measure or with power query.

Power Quey is essentially for data shaping/cleansing rather than analytic calculation.

Thanks to the great efforts by MS engineers to simplify syntax of DAX! Most beginners are SUCCESSFULLY MISLED to think that they could easily master DAX; but it turns out that the intricacy of the most frequently used RANKX() is still way beyond their comprehension!

DAX is simple, but NOT EASY!
