i have a calculated measure and need to find percentile of that.
Any suggestions ?

I think you can try what-if-paramter .
In addition to creating the parameter, creating a what-if parameter also creates a measure[Parameter Value]. You can replace the third parameter in the function PERCENTILEX.INC with [Parameter Value].
You can change you original measure as below:
Percentile=
PERCENTILEX.INC (
'Table',
'Table'[measure],
[Parameter Value]
)
