Below is snapshow of my matrix value. I have applied the below conditional formatting on my single value. but the second rule I am applying is not working. I simply want to show if there is data , show a green checkmark, and if blank, show a red cross; however, it's not working the way I want. any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
