     Hello, ActiveCapybara  

    You can Follow this steps to Achieve Whatever You want in the Power query editor,

    1. Pivoted the Group column to transform the group values into separate columns.
    2. Added a Total column to calculate the sum across all pivoted group columns for each row.
    3. Appended the transformed query to the existing query to consolidate the results into a single dataset.
