Hi @Wei2

Power Query distinguishes between Dollar Values and Whole Numbers by the inclusion or exclusion of a comma.

However, when you go to Power BI canvas view, you have the ability to add / remove commas by selecting the column in the Fields pane on the far right, then going up in the ribbon and using the Column Tools options to change the look and feel to your specific needs.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Wei2 ,

Do you want to know how to view the "column tool" toolbar?

Click this data view,

Then select a column

You will see this tool.

Thanks.   May I know how to get to Power BI canvas?  How come I can only see the query editor?

You'll need to close and apply any changes you made in the power query editor first.

Hi, I have a similar problem, but my column views are set to commas. However, only one of my columns in my table are not showing as commas. Why is that?

@Anonymous Hi there, I am so sorry for the late reply. I only saw this now (weirdly).  Did you end up solving the issue you had?
