how to add a new row / header to my table

hi! i've seen already many similar posts about that issue, but none of them fully respond to the query,

i've uploaded a table from an Excel. as you can see on the below screenshot i need a header to them, i tried to create a new table and merge them (not sure why instead of merging i have additional columns next to exsiting ones).  Do you have any idea how can i do it? i tried to add a column and transpose but that didnt work netiher

thank you!

hi, i need something as below , otherwise i'am not really sure how can i use above table in my dashboard.it's not possibile to put them in Card element. Once i willl have two columns i can put theirs element in Cards, giving information to the enduser of my dashboard.

so are you saying you need to push the header column into a row?    can you share your file?   you have opted to use your first line as the header, remove that step from your steps.  Can you share the code in your advanced editor in power query?
