how do i create a report or dashboard without power-bi service

Im trying to create a report or dashboard from my power-bi desktop.  i have imported my data and created the graphics i want but when i go to "publish" button it asks for me the power-bi service login which i dont have an account on.  is it possible to create dashboards and reports without having a power-bi service account?  if so please can you direct me on how to do it.

I'm afraid it is not possible.

Power BI Desktop is a tool to build reports, but they must be shared through the Power BI Service.

You may create Power BI embedded reports (they are just on the internet, on any site, outside from the power bi service ), but to do so you will need to "publish" the report on the power bi service first.

Another solution might be to send the Power BI Desktop File (*.pbix) to your colleagues, so that they can watch your reports.

For that option, just send the file without publishing anything
