how can i count distinct value in columns with group by?

How can i count all distinct rows grouped by partner in new column? And then how can i do formula in %? where i want to tell how many Percent is OK and NOTOK too grouped by Partner and count it in %? Like 47% OK, 53% NOTOK in 1.Partner...

I wonder how you group by partner and what the definition of "OK" and "NOTOK" is. Please describe more clearly in order that we can help you better.

It will help if you can provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. Thank you.
