highlight top N% in matrix with multiple rows and columns

I have a matrix and I have a 3-row header - VP Name, Manager Name, Role

then I have a Column which has two headers - no of hours by each role and the total of their rate.

 

Under rate and total, I want to highlight top 15% value as we have it in excel ( Pivot tabl

Please use Field value.

 

Create a measure like this:

Measure =
VAR _s =
    SUMMARIZE (
        FILTER ( ALLSELECTED ( 'Source' ), [Country] = "usa" ),
        [Sr Manager],
        [Manager],
        [Product],
        [Period Qtr],
        [Period Month],
        [Country],
        "sum", SUM ( Source[Sales] )
    )
RETURN
    IF (
        SELECTEDVALUE ( Source[Country] ) = "usa"
            && SUM ( Source[Sales] ) > PERCENTILEX.EXC ( _s, [sum], 0.75 ),
        "red"
    )

Result:

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
