I am trying to replace the incorrect total for 'Average Rate' with the correct total that is in the second 'Average Rate' column, but when I get rid of the row subtotal, my correct value goes away too. How do I replace the incorrect value with my correct measure? Here is my current matrix and measure:

usually, we use isfiltered() to replace subtotal.
