Hello
I have a pie chart to create in order to show the number of reviewed documents.
There are multiple items that I need to show on the pie chart
Here's an example of the data
the Date prévisionnelle Revue 2018 is the scheduled date for review
Revue 2018 is the actual date of review
Revue à réaliser O/N tells if a document is to be reviewed 1 means yes
Actif O=Oui N=Non tells if the document is still used O=Yes N=No
I have to show on a pie chart :
How many document have a scheduled date,
how many have already been reviewed
How many that doesn't have a scheduled date and that haven't been reviewed.
All the documents on the chart have to be active.
I've tried multiple things but I've never managed to et close to the results. For ex.
Here I have in black the total number of reviews to be done. The number of reviews scheduled (in red) and the reviews that have been done (in yellow). I have also a problem here because the total number of reviews <> of date previsionnel + revue réalisées
Also Revue 2018 à réaliser should be 43 - 13 = 30
I'm stuck and I don't know how to solve this.
I think pie chart is not the best way to visualize what you want to do, especially that there seem to be overlap for some categories (unless I misunderstood) - have you considered using bar/column chart?
The way I understand it measures should be defined as follows (obviously you need to adjust tables & columns names):
Revues realisees = COUNT(Table[Revue 2018]) Revues 2018 a realiser = CALCULATE(COUNT(Table[Revue 2018 a realiser O/N]),Table[Revue 2018 a realiser O/N]=1) Dates Previsionels = COUNT(Table[Date previsionelle])
Hello Stachu
You get it right some categories are overlapping. I've already done it with bar charts but the customer wanted to have a try with pie charts.
I'll do another test with the bar charts.
Anyway, do you think it's possible to do it with pie charts or it's going to be too complicated ?
Thank you for your help.
