Thank you @Ritaf1983 very much for the solution, and I've tried other ways to help you understand the problem:
You want to make sure that your dataset is loaded correctly and that the X, Y axis values cannot be aggregated,
I see that in your visual object, count of Retailer ID,you can generate try to remove the aggregation and the situation might improve.
