Hi, I have 6 tables in my powerbi model with large volume of data. However, I just want my model to have just 100 records in each table just for me to test my reports rather than me applying filters at the page or report level .
can anyone plz suggest me how I can do this in Powerbi desktop ?
Thanks

Select the top N of rows from Power Query Editor
Reduce Rows >> Keep Rows >> Keep Top Rows then select the no of rows which you required for building the report
