getting of the previous of max date

How I can get the previous of max date. I tried with this but it doesn't work out.

CALCULATE(SUM(items[Value]),FILTER(items,items[Month]=MAX(items[Month])-1))

It seems that you'll need to add ALL Function or ALLSELECTED Function.
