Power BI Gantt chart size.
Hi Folks
Simple request i thought - but cannot find solution:
I need to resize the width of columns (date intervals) in a Gantt chart to fit entire Gantt on one page without needing to scroll. Nothing seems available in Format - surely resizing the width is an option?
The end result will be the same width as a bar chart above so the user can reference related data on the same date-scale between the bar chart and Gantt.
I may need to reduce my date range - but still cannot modify the Gantt width?
Thanks in Advance
With your Gantt Chart selected (Click anywhere on the Gantt Chart) go over to the "Visualizations" Column and Click "Format your Visuals" (it looks like a bar graph with a paint brush in front of it). Directly under the Search box select "Visual" then click the arrow next to "Data type". Selecting "Year" will make your graph as narrow as possible. Play with it and see what you like. Hope this helps.
Correction... Click the arrow next to "Date Type" not "Data Type"
Hi @hugus ,
Based on my test, I am afraid you could not achieve this feature currently, it is by design.

Any update to this?
Is there at least a way to make the date font bigger? All the other text is customiziable.
