formatting slicer values and selection separately

Hi,

I am looking to format the slicer drop down list and the final selected values separately... this seems possible as when i make the slicer I can see that they obviously different. I would like the selected value to be highlighted while the list remains in smaller but pleasant and readable form. Increasing the font size the in the value properties makes it big and ugly, making it smaller does not highlight the selection in the box. Thank you for your support.
